There is obviously a lot of work put into this site-- just look at all it has to offer. The site is obviously worked on, not the victim of an author slacking off. Though sometimes there are gaps in updates, the work put into it more than makes up for that.

Fulfillment: 5

There's a lot to do here. It takes a long time to look at everything, and you leave feeling satisfied with what you saw. A wonderful place for Sailoreptune lovers!

Confidence: 5

The author states her opinions fully, and is kind enough to warn people when they may be offensive. Her personality shows in the way she describes things and in her articles. A bit of a lapse with trends (free e-mail, anyone? Postcards?) but they
are actually related to the site. She interjects comments in places where they are appropriate.
Uniqueness: 5

Credit is given for the use of fanart on layouts, very polite touch. There's a lot to do here, and many sections are not what you will find elsewhere. There's some cute goodies (with credit given.) There's an amusing description of how to be Neptune, and scans/captures unique to this site. There's always a cute "ask Neptune" type section. There is even information on the planet and god Neptune, the violin, Neptunium (an element,) her aura color, and astrology related to the signs Pisces and Aquarius. She also has kind thank-yous.

Clarity: 4

Various mistakes in spelling as well as typos. The information is all correct, and is nicely presented, though sometimes the wording is confusing.

Beauty: 3
Some layouts use beautiful images... but the quality is low in many. The layouts of major sections are more involved than the minor ones, which are simple but still attractive. Some of the other ones are really just text. It's nice as it is, but with work, it could be outstanding.
