Wheeee! Several hours till the con, but I'm already all hyped up. I can't believe I actually woke up at 7:30 ^_^;;; I set my alarm for 10! I'm just too wound up to sleep, and don't really have anything to do until the con so... *sits around twiddling thumbs* XD Listening to music... surfing sites... go read some... How exciting! ^_^ Hehehe... It's gonna be so much fun though ^_^ I can't wait! Must... find... Malice Mizer and Dir en Grey... and Angel Sanctuary drama CDs... >:E I'm definitely seeing the Escaflowne movie tonight at 11 even though I haven't seen the series yet... Yami no Matsuei Sunday morning, Oh My Goddess movie whichever day it is, some show about a j-rock group that they ended up making a real band of (forget the name of the show but the band is Lucifer, I'll know the name later, I don't feel like looking it up now... something Phase.) I'm so hyper, eee!
Anyways... just for the heck of it, I added information along the side of the blog, and I did little title buttons (Jackie's influence, not my fault.) So interesting, I know y'all really care ;) My friends already know that stuff and the rest of you will only look if you're bored! ^_^ Teehee. Ah well, it was something to do. Ta ta!

Hey... I actually look cool with black eyeliner... I'm surprised that it looks alright considering I'm blonde and pale O.o;;;
My poor fingernails... I trimmed them short today since it wouldn't look right to have long nails for my cosplay... I feel crippled *sniffles* Samson had his hair, I have my fingernails... So weak... What will I do until they grow out again... *dramatic sigh*
I haven't gone hunting solo in Everquest very often, not since the really early levels... but today, whoa! The experience points I was racking up was pretty considerable, about 3/4 of a blue bubble per target... that was so cool. I even managed to take a deepwater caiman that conned black (which means it's pretty hard) by myself ^_^ But when I tried it on another one, I had to run for healing towards the end ^_^;;; Ooops. See, what I was doing was rooting them in place, wailing on them with ignite and cascade of hail (and stinging swarm, for damage over time), and then rooting them again or snaring to slow their movement. Well, the second black con I tried it on resisted the root, and I got beat up ^_^;;; Ah well. Worked great on the blues though! Used up most of my mana each time because I was casting ignite like crazy, but downtime wasn't too bad thanks to breeze and pretty jewelry, hehehe. I would have played more, but winamp kept freaking out of nowhere and saying the device was in use, so I had to keep closing EQ and restarting it to fix that. Hey, I have to listen to music when I play, and not the music that the game runs... And blasting caimans with Dir en Grey cranked up is just so much fun ;)
Haircut tomorrow, wheeeee! Gonna be so cute. I'm so excited ^_^ Hehehe.

Man, I am going to just melt in my costume, or something to that effect! PHEW it is hot! But it's really cute, so I'll just have to stand it as long as I can. And drink lots of water. I refuse to have a heat stroke or anything like that!
Malice Mizer's new single "Beast of Blood" makes me wanna headbang! ^_^ (that's not a bad thing) I wish they didn't do that distortion on Klaha's voice though, I want to enjoy his voice! Plus he's singing English for most of the song, so it makes it hard(er) to understand because of the distortion. Grrrr. It's that kind of fuzzed out sound... blech. Ignoring that tragedy, the music is very cool. And there's some REALLY cool new pictures in the update window on their official site. Wow *_*
Someone posted a link on the coin-in-grey ML to a really cute video of Toshiya, Kaoru, Shinya, and Die from Dir en Grey going to an arcade... focuses on Toshiya mainly. It's really funny, Toshiya is so giddy, he can't stop laughing... I love it ^_^
Argh, sleep pattern more wacky than usual thanks to me brilliantly having caffeine last night. I was up till, oh, 6 am thanks to that. At some point in the morning, my mom led me into the guest room because air conditioner people had to go into my room. I woke up around noon with no idea why I was in there, I just had the vague memory that mom had walked me over. I'll probably crash soon X_x;;;

Heh heh heh... The AP board has put up the free-response questions we had to answer on our AP biology test. Man... those were evil. Looking back at them and... man, those were so hard. Heh heh heh... If anyone wants to see the horror, it's a PDF file.
I have all my stuff together for my Raziel costume now, yay! I even found suspenders, I was pretty surprised. But then again, that was Target after all... So yay, I'll still be "in costume" when I have to take off the jacket when I start dying from the heat, but well... it's not exactly very recognizable, y'know? ^_^;;; Unfortunately, the slender type of tie he wears isn't in style. What's in style is that STUPID FAT TIE that Regis Philbin wears. ARGH! It's better than no tie, but geez. Ended up buying it at Ross because hey... it's not like I'll be wearing a tie a lot, might as well get an inexpensive one, right? Personally, I think those wide ties look rather silly on most people. Why did that suddenly become the style? When we were looking at Burdines or Dillard's (our mall has both and I forget which is which), the sales lady said that they wouldn't be carrying any slender ties because the style is wide now, and she actually told us to try Target or Ross for a better deal since I was only wearing it one time for a "costume party" (my mom is so good at this, hehehe, thank you Mom!) Now I need Dad to show me how to put on a tie since I have NO idea... Some people tell me it's hard, some seem to have no problem with it... but it's hard to put a tie on someone else so I don't know how well this will work out. :)

Ohhhh man... teehee... I got the Angel Sanctuary OVA today (DVD, woohoo!) and I love it... but man... I'm listening to the dub right now and it sucks so bad XD Kira sounds like some obnoxious punk, Rosiel is a stuck-up middle-aged man, Arakune is really obviously a drag queen, Kurai is a brat... it's baaaad XD It's nice to reaffirm your belief in the lameness of dubs ;D Man, is it bad. Hehehe... But anyways, if you ignore the dub, the OVA is pretty good ^_^ Doesn't compare to the manga though, but it's still good. They had to condense SO much of the story... but I don't understand why they had Rosiel doing the whole "nanatsusaya has to die" instead of Adam Kadmon O.o;;; That would have been more interesting. Ah well. They sure do tease you at the end of it! >_<;;; It'd be nice if they continued it... We can hope!
What's up with the bright colors? AS is a DARK series... that's something I had big problems with. The atmosphere isn't the same. The animation was very good though :) Some of the character designs were a bit strange... the hair in Rosiel's face, what was up with that... Setsuna looked great though! ^_^ Kira had a nice design for the most part but he looks really different from the manga, I know that a lot of people are picking up on that, too. The casting was awesome! I loved all the voices ~_~ Hehehe! Especially Koyasu-sama as Kira o/~ I think I'd like anything he does, I should probably see more of his stuff ^_^;;; Kurai was so cute! Eeee!
Something I picked up on... In the OVA, Rosiel definitely has some extreme narcissism, he is totally confident in his own beauty, but in the manga, he doesn't believe he's beautiful and has to be reassured... A difference in personality that I found very unlikeable in the OVA Rosiel. In the manga, he's twisted and he really can't help it, but in the OVA he's twisted and just plain evil. Not cool!
Gonna have "Knife of Romance" stuck in my head all night >_< Ah well, I like it. If I hated the song, it would be a terrible thing. We have family friends over now, so I gotta go... mmm guacamole :D~
