    Ingmar and I have been working on a hilarious story for the past few hours. It's going to be awesome ^_^ Just had to share that. Hehehe. I've been having fun with a program called NoteWorthy Composer. It lets you make midis using a cool sheet music type setup... hard to explain, but I love it. I'd been hoping to find something like this, so thanks a ton to the great gal that told me about it! I'm working on a few songs for the fun of it. ^_^
    Still haven't heard back from my prereaders. Where are they?! I sent some test e-mails to make sure my account is working and it is... what's taking them so long...

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOM! ^_^
    Man, what is up with all this writing inspiration I'm feeling? Today I wrote for nearly an hour straight on a second Angel Sanctuary story when I haven't even released the first yet! I'm crrrrr-azy! Another Rosiel and Katan story, but focused on Rosiel's point of view. No, they are NOT shounen ai or yaoi :P I just know some of you were thinking that, so I wanted to go ahead and smack you with my squeeky mallet of d00m (tm) before that line of thinking went too far *SMACK!* The first one (I should be releasing it soon) is more of Katan's point of view, and it SEEMS like a nice happy thing unless you know what happens later in the series... I like that lovely twist I gave it. That was so fun to write. I don't have a title for it yet. The story I started today is more disturbing... which you should expect from something about AS.
    I've been enjoying A Fan's View of Anime Conventions today, so much good cosplay! :) I love seeing people in such good costumes, even when I don't know who most of them are. I'm really excited about the con next weekend :D I gotta get out and buy the rest of the stuff I need for it though, which isn't much... just have to find time when mom's free.
    Haven't seen anymore spiders... Thank goodness ~_~

    I am SO afraid of spiders ;_; I was sitting here, enjoying episode 14 of Utena (thanks to Shana for the CD, now I can watch without my family being kicked out of the living room!) ... and what do I see on my closet door? A spider. A big, black spider. At least what I consider a big spider. It had fat legs and including those fat legs, it was probably an inch and a quarter long. I was so scared ;_; But it's 1 am, and I can't go waking up Mom to kill a spider, so when it crawled around the door, I swallowed my tears of fright, threw it open, grabbed a platform shoe, smacked at it a few times, and finally gave it a big final blow when it scurried over by my computer chair. Flushed that sucker. Cried some more. I really wish I wasn't so terrified of spiders. There's really no logical reason to be scared of spiders except for the poisonous kind. I don't know when I started being so scared of them, but I am so terrified of them now.
    But on happier notes... I had three people look over my fic so far, and they've all loved it, but only one of them actually likes AS (unless Shana does and I just don't know it) and she hasn't even read much of it so she couldn't comment on the characterization. But on the writing side, I've had to add a comma and correct an accidental switch into present tense for one sentence... I've gotten used to writing in present tense for roleplaying. (Thanks to Ingmar, Duchess of Nice for catching my tense mistake!) I'm very happy about hearing that my writing is good! ^_^ I need to grab some people that love AS to critique it though, I have to know how I did with characterization! Anyways... I'm going to go back to Utena now, and hope that no more spiders come ;_;

    I posted about this in Angelus Errare, but I wanted to share it here too, so I'm modifying my post to share here... so happy ~_~
    After over a year without writing, I'm finally working on another fic *dances around* I was feeling very inspired after finished Angel Sanctuary 20 a few days ago, and last night after watching Behind the Music: No Doubt, I felt the uncontrollable urge to write, and to write an AS story. I'M SO HAPPY! I finally broke my writer's block! ;_;
    According to Microsoft Word, I spent an hour and a half writing the first draft (and half an hour in planning.) That wasn't all at once, mind you. I wrote some last night with a few breaks, then sat down and finished it in one go today.
    This will be my shortest fic (so far), but it doesn't need to be long to show what I want to show. My first non-SM fic, too :D I'll get the art section of my site put together sometime so I can post it up (after I finish it of course, and get critiques.) It didn't take long to write, but I want to have it looked over and tweaked before release, then let it sit a bit so I can think about it in case I change my mind. Previously, I've been in such a hurry to release stuff after I finished it that I didn't wait enough for the mistakes to jump out at me, and now I'm shaking my head over some weak areas and stupid things I did. I feel very happy about it this story ~_~ I'll recruit some friends and fans to critique it so I can fix up any awkward areas, make the beginning and end more interesting... But there's some great moments in it that I'm very proud of. I think people will really like it ^_^ I'm feeling good about writing Katan and Rosiel, they're fun to write about. I adore Katan ;_; Rosiel is a great character and I enjoy him, but he's not exactly the type of person you'd like in real life... but Katan is so kind and earnest...
    God, I love Angel Sanctuary ~_~ And thank you VH1 for running that Behind the Music: No Doubt, Gwen Stefani's bubbly personality and the discussions about writing made me act on that inspiration I felt when I finished AS 20.
    I'm going to be leaving soonish to have a late lunch/early dinner/snack/whatever with my best friends, Shana and her crew, including her "real life bishounen" boyfriend, Matt *giggles* and another Matt that's a good artist (I'll post his link when I finish looking through his site), and two girls that did a hilarious Shinji vs. Utena skit at the con we went to. What a happy day! ^_^
