Finally got all of Malice Mizer's "Bara no Seidou" CD downloaded, I was missing track 5. Wooooow I love it *_* If I ever find it or a VCD of it, I'm going to snatch it up... incredible *_* I sent some to Blake and he liked it too, hehehe! Anyways... *more drooling over Bara no Seidou* I went ahead and burnt myself a copy, and I put "Gardenia" and "Houkaijokyoku" on it (both are quite wonderful too!) and the live version of "Kioku to Sora" with Klaha singing. So basically, it's a Klaha-era CD, hehehe. Haven't been able to find anyone with the new single "Beast of Blood" yet but that's ok!
I'm sure some people would agree with me... Klaha's voice sounds much better on "Kioku to Sora" than the original singer Tetsu did ^_^; Which seems kind of, I don't know, wrong? Hehehe. Ah well, poor Tetsu, I just have problems with his voice, the warbling drives me nuts.
Shadow ate lettuce. I was shocked. Granted, it probably had some chicken taste on it because it was from Mom's chicken salad sandwich, but still... my cat ate lettuce. O_o;;; Well, I guess that since he likes to chew on plants, lettuce wasn't too far off for him... but really. A cat eating lettuce. Whoever heard of a cat eating lettuce?

I'm listening to Alien Ant Farm's remake of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" for probably the dozenth time today. I can't stop myself! >_< See, yesterday I heard it for the second time ever when we were driving to lunch. And I was like "man, this song is awesome! I have to download it!" So I did, and now I keep listening to it over and over! Aieeeeee! I like it much better than the original... it's always a shock when a remake is better than the original O_O;;; Alien Ant Farm did a faster tempo, more powerful instruments, it doesn't have that "80s sound" to the instruments, and... you can actually understand the singer (for the most part.) I can barely make out Michael Jackson's singing so... >_< I'm still going to look up the lyrics to see, but hey. Man, I love this song. *listens again*
Going to be gone Wednesday through most of Saturday. I know so many people are gonna miss seeing my blog posts, ha ha :P

I've been enjoying this site I found last night while looking for Gackt interviews, centigrade. Very cool place for j-rock :D (and obviously I was successful, if you look at my previous posts.) I haven't read many of the song translations yet, but I have to say, I'm not at all surprised at what Gackt's "Vanilla" and Malice Mizer's "Illuminati" are about, and I was a bit horrified but not terribly surprised at the content of Dir en Grey's "Berry." Wow. Pretty serious stuff, and disturbing. The American music industry would definitely put all sorts of mature stickers on it, it's rather sad ;_;
Something NOT disturbing in the slightest: Hamasaki Ayumi's "Evolution" video. THANK YOU, DAVEY! What a gorgeous video! ^_^ *claps* I love it!
I gotta find more anime music videos sometime. Right now, my favorites are the Shoujo Kakumei Utena video to Björk's "Bachelorette" and the Final Fantasy IX video for U2's "Evolution." Bachelorette is awesome for those of us that appreciate artistic stuff ;) and Evolution is just loads of fun with incredible editting, I am SO impressed with that video! I really need to play FFIX sometime! >_<
I'm getting hungry. I should probably go snack or see when dinner is, seeing as how I've only had cereal so far today. Love my Special K ^_^;;; Waking up at 1 tends to throw off your eating, you know? See, two nights ago I was up till 3 because I got sucked into reading Faith of the Fallen by Terry Goodkind (which was SUCH a good book) and didn't stop until I finished a couple hundred pages later... and last night was just plain summertime insomnia. I probably should have taken a Benadryl to help me sleep... that stuff knocks me out. (And don't do it unless you have your doctor's permission, of course.)

Re-watching a goofy interview Gackt did on... Utabon? Utaban? Whatever the spelling is. He's hilarious! He acts so serious and composed while he's deadpanning... although he does lose his composure a couple times (especially at the end with the "Magnum" *snickers*) I'm shocked at how deep his voice is! I knew he could sing quite deep, but he has such a wide vocal range that I figured he must have a more medium-range voice... you wouldn't expect someone with a voice that deep to be able to sing so high O_O
Have a safe flight, bro! Gonna miss you! You won't see this anyways until you get back and I show you but hey! ^_^ Gonna say it anyways, hehehe.

Hehehe, Ingmar mentioned me in her new blogger for mentioning her :) So now I'm mentioning her for mentioning me for mentioning her while I listen to Dir en Grey. What a combination... Ingmar and Dir en Grey do NOT go together ^_^;;; Anyways... now I want to see more of who this Lil Cactus is, he sounds so cute from those quotes! Eeeeee! ^____^
Speaking of things that Ingmar does not go with, she told me I could mention this ^_^ Ingmar was afraid of looking at "Gacktness." You see, the live video of Illuminati is... a bit disturbing. Not that the music video isn't (and the music video is more so, ugh, I HATE it!) So Tanin and I told Ingmar she better not look, and so she didn't. Good job, Ingmar ^_^; I like the song but I have no idea what it means since I obviously don't know Japanese. She said the Vanilla live video was scary too, hehehe. I think Gackt's silly dancing doesn't go over well with her. I think it's hilarious! And she didn't like the fanservice, Ingmar doesn't like seeing "random pairing" type stuff. Ingmar likes roooomance. ^_^
And speaking of scary things! GEEZ! Kyo's voice! Sorry, just had to mention that again even though I mentioned it in my last post. But it really is kind of scary! >_<;;;

Went to the oriental store downtown today :D Got the Kenshin KADEN artbook, which is pretty neat but mostly black and white, and three Dir en Grey CDs; Macabre, Gauze, and Best. Haven't listened to Best yet, but Gauze and Macabre are awesome :D Kyo still scares me but that's ok! It's amazing what he does with his voice, even though it's scary sounding!
Congrats to guildmate Aerys (AERys *snickers*) for making officer today! That was amusing! I can't bear to eat this barbarian shaped cookie though... too cool. Hope you and Twyl liked the double brewed double stout dwarven ale!
I don't have much to say right now, hehehe. I'll probably have something to ramble about later!
