Abigo [target]
The Banishing Charm

This redirects objects away from the wizard, particularly those that have been summoned.

The target should be identified when using this charm, and the wand aimed at the object to be banished.
Contego Basic Shielding

This simple spell creates a magical barrier that absorbs most basic charms and hexes. It should not be used as defense against more powerful curses.

The barrier will not appear without sufficient concentration, and is not appropriate for repeated use. In general, it will only hold up to a single hex.
Cunctor [effect] The Slowing Charm

Depending on the intended effect, this can be a relatively simple or quite powerful spell for slowing objects and/or persons.

Examples:

Cunctor Descensio -
To slow (the caster's) intentional descent
Cunctor Praecipito - To slow (another's) unintentional fall
Exsurdo The Deafening Jinx

A fairly advanced jinx, it renders the target temporarily deaf, the duration varying with the wizard's intent.

The wand must be directed at the target for the spell to take effect, and the caster should concentrate on how long they wish the deafness to last.
Glomero [target] The Gathering Charm

Unlike Accio, this charm does not summon specific objects. It is used for gathering dust, snow, dirt, sand or other light-weight objects of large quantity into a heap. It isn't appropriate for individual, heavy objects.

The wizard must aim their wand at the objects to be gathered, and if necessary, speak the appropriate word for the target. Additional objects can be added to the heap with wand movements.
Mutatio [quality] Surface Changing

This basic spell transfigures the surface of inanimate objects, such as changing the color, patterning, and/or texture. The effects are not permanent, and cannot considerably change the shape or size of the target.

The wand must be aimed at the object to be changed, and the desired quality spoken after the spellword.
Vestigo Gemellum The Pair-Finding Charm

Commonly taught to wizard-borns by their parents, this charm summons the missing objects from a pair or set, assuming the size does not exceed the caster's ability. Socks, shoes, and chess pieces are commonly retrieved items.

The wand should be pointed in the general direction of the item to increase the speed of recovery, though the location of the object does not need to be known.
